Living Downstream  Walking Upstream

Use the Guides

Three guides have been produced to help you use Living Downstream in your life and work:

  • Living Downstream ~ In the Community (available Winter 2012)
  • Living Downstream ~ In the Classroom  (available Late Winter 2012)
  • Living Downstream ~ At Home  (date TBA)

Individuals and groups across North America are using Living Downstream as an educational and outreach tool. They are using the film to raise public awareness about the links between environmental contamination and cancer incidence. They are using it to inspire critical thinking among students. They are using it to inspire deeper environmental engagement and activism..

To help you make full use of Living Downstream in your life and work, we have produced a collection of guides. The guides are designed to be used in tandem with the film. They will inspire creative applications of the film and save you time and resources. They are specific enough to lead you step-by-step but flexible enough to encourage individuality, needs-based modifications, and out-of-the-box thinking.
